How much does it cost?
The cost of services varies by the type. Please reach out directly for pricing of virtual, in-person, and group consultations and trainings.
Do I need a referral?
-No. You can refer yourself, or your place of employment may refer you.
What does a typical ergonomic assessment look like?
-Ergonomic assessments typically take 1 hour and consist of assessing your office/workspace set up, environment and your daily movement and routine. I will provide you with recommendations based on your assessment that will be in a written report for you to keep. I also may provide you with stretches or strengthening exercises that may assist you in caring for your body and preventing injury. I will then follow-up with you about 4-6 weeks after your assessment to see how your modifications and changes are working for you in your workspace.
What about Ergonomic Assessments for Artists and Musicians? What do those look like?
-These assessments may include me observing you in your workspace (studio, performance space, etc.) so that I can make the most helpful recommendations for your environment and setup.
How do I know if I could benefit from a consultation?
-If you are experiencing discomfort with your work or occupational tasks, you likely would benefit from some modifications to your workspace or positioning. Also, if you want to prevent injury and care for your body while working, then contact me for a consult!
What if I don’t live in Colorado? Can I do a virtual consult?
-ABSOLUTELY! Ergonomic assessments can be completed over the phone, on Zoom, or Google Meet
What if I want to meet in person for a consult? Do you travel?
-The area/region that I serve is typically on the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains (Fort Collins, Boulder, Denver, Longmont, Laramie, Cheyenne, Colorado Springs), however, I am happy to discuss travel options for in-person assessments and training.
